Progress update

Finally an updated picture of Egyptian Princess!. I am so excited about this. She is really coming along. You don't really know the actually progress of something until you look at the picture. I am truly impressed with my stitching . Mind you I am not being partial to myself but I think I did a pretty good job.
As you can see I finally finished page 2 and now I am on page 3. I hope that it doesn't take me almost 6 months to finish this page as it did for page 2. I am enjoying this coming together to much. Iam really thinking about rotation again, and bringing out Country Comforts and get that finished, since it is almost complete, but am still thinking about that. Not really sure, if I want to do that, I had a hard time keeping up with my weekly rotation. We will see.
Justin and I went on a field trip to the Baltimore Aquarium today He claimed that he didn't have fun. But, he did. (For some unknown reason, Iam not able to post the pictures, so I will do another post of the field trip). It won't let me post them here, so will do another post. We got to watch a dolphin show and it was awesome. I really liked it. They were just so cute.
It was a good field trip even though it rained, but now I am wiped out. LOL.
Now I am off to stitch and relax and also do school work.

Field Trip to Baltimore Aquarium

These are pictures from our field trip. Justin said he didn't have fun, but as you can see, he did. We saw the dolphin show and it was awesome. He and I had a lot of fun today.

Weekly update non stitching

I will have a stitching update tomorrow. But will tell you I am almost finished with page 2. Yippee!! Will have a picture tomorrow and will have to surprise you.

Well this week, has been a little busy and hectic. Ariel my oldest ha a cyst behind her left ear. She started getting severe headaches and I thought that they were migranes, so did she. I ended up taking her to the ER and they did a cat scan and found the cyst. They are not going to operate, but gave her antibiotics, and pain meds and told her to put hot compresses on it. Other than that she is fine. I was a little upset, because it took her so long to get her the cat scan. But I do understand, there were a lot of stroke victims that needed to be seen. Other than that she is hanging in.

Miranda doesn't have lice anymore, the poor thing. I felt bad for her, she was pretty upset all last week that she couldn't go to school. She told me that she felt nasty. I told her that these things can happen, and that from now on she just needs to be careful about who she lets borrow her brush. I don't think she will let anyone borrow her brush anymore period.

As for me, I am hanging in. Just tired. My next semester of classes start on Wednesday. I am excited, and a little worried, but it is for a good thing. It will cut back on stitching time, but I will not let that stop me from stitching. I want to get EP finished so that I can frame it for Ariel. She is watching my progress with anticipation.

Well that is it for now, but I will have picture tomorrow of EP

Stitching update

Hi everyone! Here is a new picture of Egyptian Princess. I took the picture with my phone only because I couldn't take this with my camera, because I can't find the cord to it. But I think that the camera phone takes a better picture anyway. I also should have taken it with the laptop off, instead of being on. But I didn't. I forgot to.
I am kicking butt on it, and I am pleased with it. So I am hoping that I can finally get page 2 done this weekend.
Things are doing good here. I am just tired. But I just wanted to post this picture before rushing out. But I will post a longer post this weekend.

It has been a while sorry

Sorry that it has been a while since posting. I have been busy with life and all that wonderful stuff there is. I do have a new picture of Egyptian Princess to show you. She is really coming together. I have been stitching on her like crazy for the past week. I am still going strong on her.

I am really enjoying this alot. Ariel is happy with it also. She can't wait until it is finished. I am hoping to have it done by her birthday in April. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will be.
